

Chief Executive Officer
Chand Vyas is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mobile Armor. Mr. Vyas is a highly experienced business executive and entrepreneur with expertise in corporate strategy, team building, and corporate finance. He started Mobile Armor in 2002 because he saw an ever-increasing need for the protection and security of data and information in an environment of rapidly expanding technology for mobile computing and communications.
In 1999, Mr. Vyas founded and served as CEO of EPS Technology, a successful IT consulting and outsourcing company with offices in Bangalore, India and St. Louis that was the predecessor to Mobile Armor. From 1982 until 1998, Mr. Vyas served in various senior management positions, including CEO and director of Ziegler Coal Holding Company.
Mr. Vyas is a member of the Board of Trustees and serves on several committees of Whitestone Real Estate Investment Trust, an unlisted public REIT, where he has served since 2002.
Mr. Vyas has been featured in many local and national publications including Barron’s, Forbes, and The Chief Executive magazine. He has been interviewed extensively on local and national television programs and has been a featured speaker at a conference of the New York Society of Analysts.

Senior Vice President and Chief Technical Officer
Bryan Glancey has served as CTO since Mobile Armor’s inception. In this capacity, Mr. Glancey, together with Mr. Vyas, created the product vision for the Mobile Armor suite of mobile data security software products.
From 1998 – 2002, Mr. Glancey served as VP of Sales – Southwest Region, VP of Sales Engineering, Director of Professional Services and Director of Technical Services with Pointsec Mobile Technologies and Protect Data. Mr. Glancey served as Pre-Sales Engineer and Technical Services Manager at Saros/Filenet from 1995 – 1998 and at Novasoft Systems from 1994 – 1995.
Mr. Glancey’s innovative security concepts have been developed into four pending patents.
Senior Vice President – Global Operations
Mobile Armor appointed Colin Bastable Senior Vice President Global Operations in 2007. Mr. Bastable previously held progressively responsible positions at nCipher, a leading encryption-based security company, where he established and grew their global sales organization. His roles included VP of Worldwide Sales and culminated in the role of President of nCipher Inc.
He was part of the executive team that took nCipher public in 2000.
Mr. Bastable has over 23 years sales and marketing management experience in IT, specializing in IT Security since 1994 and working in senior roles at McAfee/Network Associates, Dr Solomon's and leading International distributors.
Vice President Government Sector
Mobile Armor appointed Bill Rydell Vice President Government Sector in October, 2007. In this role Mr. Rydell will lead Mobile Armor's US government professional services division in developing key partnerships inside and outside the government to enable rapid and efficient deployment of Mobile Armor solutions.
Mr. Rydell has previously held numerous IT positions within the federal government, including computer specialist for the Secretary of Defense, William Cohen. In this role, Mr. Rydell supervised IT operations for former Secretary Cohen while he traveled the world on official missions, including the Kosovo Peace Accord initiative.
Vice President of Business Development
Keith T. Fuentes is the Vice President of Business Development and initially joined Mobile Armor in April, 2004. Mr. Fuentes was responsible for establishing the Sales Department during the latter stages of the initial product development. Mr. Fuentes was previously employed at Pointsec Mobile Technologies, where he was progressively promoted to the title of Vice President of Sales and Operations before leaving.
With outstanding knowledge and understanding of computer hardware and software applications, Mr. Fuentes provides important assistance to the engineering and sales teams by bringing practical, first-hand knowledge of customer experience with other security software products.
Mr. Fuentes holds a Bachelors degree in Business from Eastern Illinois University awarded in 1997 and has been certified in Financial Modules by Oracle University. He was recruited out of college by KPMG, LLP where he was an active member of the firm's tax auditing practice.
Vice President of Engineering and Development
Mobile Armor appointed Rich Husa Vice President of Engineering and Development in October, 2007. He is responsible for delivering Mobile Armor's powerful and trusted range of mobile data security products.
Mr. Husa has over 22 years of experience in IT. Before joining Mobile Armor, he held positions in management, consulting, and software development at companies including SAVVIS and Boeing.
Mr. Husa holds a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri in Rolla, MO, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois in Champaign, IL.
Vice President and Legal Counsel
Kent Friedman has served as Vice President and Legal Council since October 2004. In this capacity, Mr. Friedman is responsible for the legal affairs and contract negotiation.
Previously Mr. Friedman served as VP and COO of Managed Pharmacy Benefits, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cardinal Health. Mr. Friedman served as VP of Administration and Corporate Counsel for Medicine Shoppe International from 1991 – 1997.
From 1987 – 1991, Mr. Friedman was VP of Administration and General Counsel of Medicare Glaser Corporation. He held several positions at CMC Electronics from 1980 – 1987, including the positions of President and member of the company’s board of directors.
Mr. Friedman was engaged in a private law practice with the firm of Friedman, Grana and Friedman from 1978 – 1980. He was a staff attorney and Associate General Counsel with Chromalloy American Corporation from 1972 – 1976.
Mr. Friedman has been an adjunct Professor of Business Law at Webster University in St. Louis and has served on numerous public and charitable boards.
Mr. Friedman holds a J.D from the Washington University School of Law, and an undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis, MO. He also served as a Captain in the US Army Reserve.
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Jim Fox has served as Vice President – Chief Financial Officer since October 2007. In this capacity, Mr. Fox is responsible for finance, treasury, risk management, client administration and human resources functions.
Previously Mr. Fox served as Partner, Business and Product Development for DataServ LLC, a SaaS technology company delivering services to finance and administration functions of Fortune 1000 companies.
From 2001 – 2005, Mr. Fox was SVP of Finance for Reuters Limited. He held several positions at Reuters including Director of Shared Services and VP of Finance. Prior to joining Reuters, Fox served as VP and Controller Bridge Information Systems which was acquired by Reuters in 2001.
Mr. Fox worked with Deloitte from 1991 – 1999 progressing to Senior Manager and serving multinational technology and manufacturing companies from St. Louis, Brussels and New York offices.
Mr. Fox graduated from the University of Tulsa majoring in both Accounting and Finance. He is a CPA. Mr. Fox is active numerous public and charitable boards in St. Louis including JDRF and Junior Achievement.
