Michael K. Menegay

Chief Executive Officer and President
Mike Menegay became President of Mobile Armor in February 2009 and was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in August 2009.

Mr. Menegay came to Mobile Armor from Dell, where he was the Global Director for SaaS (Software as a Service) Managed Services Solutions responsible for the SaaS Sales, Services and Indirect Channels worldwide. Mr. Menegay came to Dell through its acquisition of Everdream Corporation where he was Senior Vice President of Sales, Services and Channels worldwide and was part of the executive management team. Previous to Everdream, he was Vice President at EnPointe Technologies Sales, Inc. Everdream acquired Software Medium, where Mr. Menegay was President and CEO. Previous to Software Medium, Mr. Menegay was SVP of Channels Worldwide for Macromedia, Inc. (Adobe) and General Manager of the Latin & South American Region. Prior to Macromedia, he was SVP of Channels and Distribution for Network Associates' (NAI) three Business Units; McAfee Security, Magic Help Desk and Network General (Sniffer) Technologies. In addition to Sales, he was responsible for all North American Distribution, Operations and Channel Marketing. Mr. Menegay has held many general management and sales leadership roles as well as founder and ownership positions with numerous successful companies. He continues to serve on various Boards of Directors.

Mr. Menegay started his career out of college with the IBM Corporation. He continues to be view within the market as an authoritarian in both the software and hardware industry.

Bradley Townsend

Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Business Operations
Brad Townsend has served as Sr. Vice President - Chief Financial Officer since November 2009. In this capacity, Mr. Townsend is responsible for finance, treasury, risk management, operations and human resources functions.

Mr. Townsend brings more than 15 years of strategic management and fiscal responsibility to Mobile Armor. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer at TransCard, LLC. and at Advanced Interactive Systems. He has also held senior financial roles at SafeNet, VectorSGI, Network Associates (McAfee Security) and Delta Air Lines. Mr. Townsend has played a leading role in numerous merger and acquisition activities and has been instrumental in growing the companies and expanding market share.

Mr. Townsend has a MBA in finance and accounting from Emory University and a BBA in corporate finance from the University of Georgia.

Kurt Lennartsson

Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Products
Kurt Lennartsson joined Mobile Armor in October 2008 and has overall responsibility for leading the company's solution direction and managing the development and product organizations.

Lennartsson's more than 20 years of experience in the security industry has involved directing, architecting and developing software and hardware for computer security and large scale systems (both Web and Mobile). He is the co-inventor of more than ten patent applications in the security field. Prior to his engagement with Mobile Armor, Mr. Lennartsson was Vice President of Engineering at RedCannon Security and was also a co-founder of the U.S. part of Pointsec Mobile Technologies (recently acquired by Check Point). While at PointSec, he served as the SVP of Strategy and Technology.

Due to Mr. Lennartsson's extensive security background, he brings to Mobile Armor significant experience in mobile device encryption systems, PKI firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, smart cards, and AAA authentication systems. He has also headed several government mandated security certification projects for both FIPS 140 and Common Criteria (EAL4).

Susan Callahan

Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Business Development
Susan Callahan joined Mobile Armor in May 2009 and has responsibility for all marketing related activities including Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Public Relations, and all Brand Awareness and Lead Generation activities. In addition, Ms. Callahan is responsible for growing the Mobile Armor business through developing inbound and outbound licensing partnerships. Ms. Callahan has over twenty years of progressive experience in the security and infrastructure software industry. Prior to joining Mobile Armor, Ms. Callahan was SVP of Business Development and Marketing at Safend where she developed numerous OEM partnerships and created a strong market awareness for Safend. Prior to Safend, Ms. Callahan was VP of Business Development at Opalis Software where she expanded new business opportunities that led to the successful growth of Opalis. Ms. Callahan was previously responsible for business development and marketing at NetIQ Corporation, Hewlett Packard and Prolin Software.

Ms. Callahan has been an evangelist for the Security Software Industry and has presented at numerous conferences around the world. Ms. Callahan is a graduate of the London School of Economics and University of California San Francisco Executive Graduate Studies Programs; holds a Bachelor of Science from Boston University; and is ITIL Master Certified.
