Mobile Armor Solidifies Executive Team with Key Appointments
Successful Industry Veterans to Helm Critical Finance and Engineering Functions in Anticipation of Significant Business Expansion in 2008
St. Louis (PRWEB) January 2, 2008 -- Mobile Armor, Inc., an American owned, operated and developed provider of mobile data and asset protection, today announced the appointments of Jim Fox as vice president and chief financial officer and Rich Husa as vice president of engineering and development.
Fox and Husa join Mobile Armor at an important time as the company has strong expectations for accelerated revenue and employee growth throughout 2008. Both Fox and Husa will operate from Mobile Armor’s headquarters in St. Louis.

Jim Fox Background
In his new role, Fox will be responsible for finance, treasury, risk management, client administration and human resources functions. Previously, Fox served as a partner with business and product development for DataServ LLC, a SaaS technology company that provides finance and administration services to Fortune 1000 companies. Prior to DataServ, Fox was senior vice president of finance for Reuters Limited. Fox joined Reuters through the acquisition of Bridge Information Systems, where he served as vice president and controller. Fox also held senior positions with Deloitte, serving clients in St. Louis, Brussels and New York.

Rich Husa Background
Husa, who has more than 22 years of information technology experience, will be responsible for leading the design and development of Mobile Armor’s products in addition to managing required certifications. Previously, Husa was director of business services at Savvis, a global IT utility services provider. Prior to Savvis, Husa consulted to various Fortune 500 companies through Connectria, a St. Louis-based IT services company. Husa has also held various senior-level engineering and development positions at Boeing.
