St. Louis, MO, November 18, 2009 – Mobile Armor, Inc., a leader in mobile data protection, full disk encryption and USB flash drive encryption solutions, today announced the appointment of Bradley Townsend to the role of Chief Financial Officer and SVP of Business Operations. Townsend will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Michael Menegay and will be responsible for all aspects of business operations and financial policies and procedures.

Brad is a welcome addition to an expanding and experienced executive team assembled to grow our presence and expand our technology innovation in the coming year."

Townsend brings more than 15 years of strategic management and fiscal responsibility to Mobile Armor. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer at TransCard, LLC. and Chief Financial Officer at Advanced Interactive Systems, both fast-growth technology companies. He has also held senior financial roles at SafeNet, Network Associates (McAfee Security) and Delta Air Lines. Townsend has played a leading role in numerous merger and acquisition activities. He was instrumental in growing the companies and expanding market share. Townsend has a MBA in finance and accounting from Emory University and a BBA in corporate finance from the University of Georgia.
