Mobile Armor offers regularly scheduled professional certification training in St. Louis and Washington, D.C. for System Administrators and Client Help desks. Additional dates and locations will be added to the schedule based on expressed client need.
Mobile Armor - Systems Administrator Certification
This is a four day, instructor-led course with plenty of hands on exercises. Content is designed to prepare the student to apply the concepts and techniques needed to fully administer the Mobile Armor Data Security Solutions Suite including simulation of installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Modules include: a complete Mobile Armor solutions overview, recommendations for customer preparation and a deep dive into PolicyServer, DataArmor, FileArmor and mobile devices. Student proficiency is validated via a post course certification exam.
Mobile Armor - Help Desk Certification
This two day, instructor-led course is tailored for help desk personnel providing end user support for the Mobile Armor data security solutions suite. This course provides students proficiency in available authentication methods for each product and as well as information on resolution of connectivity issues. Labs offer practical experience in the administration of users and devices through the MMC including password support/reset and log event administration. Student proficiency is validated via a post course certification exam.
